About The Position

The Senior Project Manger for Construction Serves as a lead member of the Planning, Design & Construction (PDC) team. This role provides expertise, mentorship, and guidance to mid-level Project Managers throughout all stages of the project lifecycle. The Senior Project Manager also oversees comprehensive project delivery—including planning, design, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, construction administration, consultant engagement, and close-out—ensuring alignment with System standards, regulatory requirements, and the organization’s strategic goals Develop and Grow your Career! This position is eligible for up to $6,000 per year based upon your Full or Part Time status. Get Involved! Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years of general construction experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience with major large scale construction and renovation projects from an engineering, architecture, construction viewpoint
  • Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects and/or portfolios strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups
  • Bachelor's degree required with concentration in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional Engineer in Commonwealth of Pennsylvania a plus
  • Professional certifications (CHC, PMP, CCM, PE, AIA, LEED AP) highly desirable
