The Senior Project Manager's role is the overall responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of a project. Through contacts with users, architects, engineers, and code officials, the employee will be involved with all phases of design and construction management including user programming, design, construction, close-out/evaluation, and budget reporting. Requirements

  • Must have understanding of accepted construction practices and building codes including familiarity to the IDPH guidelines and other various regulatory guidelines.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Excellent organization, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to sketch proposed designs.
  • Personal computer skills including spreadsheet and word processing experience.
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Understanding and ability to create project schedules.
  • Ability to function independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
