The Sr. Project Manager goals are to assure the field team is working within the company SOP's and that the scope is clearly understood as it relates to the task planner and schedule. He/She is responsible for selecting the means and methods as well as submitting internal MM's schedule to the GC, submittals, transmittals, timesheets, project information sheet, specifications review, buy outs, conducts and delegates project layout, material and equipment tracking. The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the project activities for the projects assigned in accordance with project goals, budget, quality control and company objectives.
