About The Position

This position is part of the Corporate Initiatives Program Management team, which supports the strategic programs of FedEx Corporation by facilitating and executing initiatives critical to the long-term success of the organization. The role involves providing analysis and assistance in planning and organizing projects that impact or enhance the department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance, computer science or directly related discipline.
• Four (4) years exempt experience in project management, product development, systems design/development or business/financial planning and analysis.
• Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining systems.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational and planning skills.
• Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead independently in ambiguous environments.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) and project management software tools.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with the transportation and logistics industry.
• Experience in project management in the IT space with an understanding of Agile frameworks.

Responsibilities
