About The Position

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for enabling the implementation of the annual Pest calendar and for leading the scoping and execution of specific pest category transformation projects. The role will work in close partnership with key stakeholders both within their immediate team and multiple partners across the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, or related field (MBA preferred) OR equivalent years of experience. Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of applicable professional experience for each year of college requested.
  • 5+ years in Project or Program Management, managing large-scale, complex projects, preferably in a multi-unit service or retail environment.
  • Experience in financial planning, budget management, and calculating project ROI.
  • Deep proficiency in project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) and project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, or Jira).
  • Ability to pro-actively spot, manage, and escalate risks and issues.
  • Ability to see the "big picture" and understand how a single project delay impacts the 3-year strategy.
  • Experience in financial planning, budget management, and calculating project ROI.
  • Exceptional ability to distill complex project data into clear, actionable executive summaries.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple overlapping timelines and deliverables across different markets simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Pest Calendar Execution
  • Master Execution Plan: Support the Calendar Lead to set a robust execution plan each year. Drive the implementation of it.
  • RAID Management: Proactively drive the identification and resolution of Calendar Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions.
  • Governance Framework: Support the Calendar Lead and VP to set up and run the governance needed to ensure Category success.
  • Strategic Pest Project Delivery
  • Complex Transformations: Lead high-priority, strategic programs related to category management from inception to ROI realization.
  • Long-Term Strategy Projects: Own ad-hoc, longer-term strategic initiatives that fall outside the standard yearly rhythm but are vital for future growth in the pest category.
  • Resource & Budget Management: Allocate cross-functional resources and manage project budgets to ensure maximum efficiency and financial accountability.
  • Stakeholder Leadership & Mentorship
  • Executive Liaison: Partner with category management leadership to provide thought leadership, influence decision-making with data, and present project health updates.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Act as the primary bridge between Strategy and Calendar leads to ensure seamless project hand-offs.
