As a Project Management Leader for the Madison, Wisconsin site, you will play a pivotal role within our Global Project Management group, leading a talented team of Project Managers who support Bioanalytical LC-MS clients. Requirements

  • Proven experience in contract research, pharma, or biotech industries.
  • Strong people and project management expertise with a client-facing background.
  • Skilled in issue resolution, process improvement, and change management.
  • Analytical or laboratory experience, with commercial and financial awareness.
  • Exceptional communicator and influencer.
  • Positive, proactive mindset—always asking, “What more can I do?”
  • Collaborative approach with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Degree in Life Sciences (or related field).

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of Project Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and career development opportunities.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely communication and effective use of tools for successful execution.
  • Act as a trusted partner for issue resolution, client management, and process improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with the Bioanalytical management group to drive initiatives and operational enhancements.
  • Build strong networks across internal teams—including Commercial, Early Development, and Central Laboratories—to optimize practices and resolve challenges.
