Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in proposal, project, or contract management.
  • Strong technical writing and editing skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or related support functions.
  • Strong understanding of proposal development processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in proposal management software and tools, including MS Office Suite and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement proposal strategies in collaboration with Sales Account Managers and opportunity teams for all assigned projects.
  • Maintain accurate records to support Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting for assigned opportunities.
  • Oversee the proposal process, including planning and status update meetings.
  • Prepare and present deal content to executive leadership to secure buy-in and approval.
  • Define, document, and manage proposal schedules and deliverables to meet key milestones.
  • Coordinate proposal resources and activities to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality proposal documentation.
  • Manage proposal processes for multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Communicate proposal status and updates to opportunity teams, senior management, and functional leaders as required.
  • Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to meet customer deliverable timelines and expectations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to prepare and review proposals and change orders in line with customer and company requirements.
  • Ensure accurate completion of the Order Entry Form upon receipt of customer purchase orders or signed contracts and compile all necessary documentation for Order Entry submission.
  • Transition successful proposal and contract documentation to the implementation team for project execution.
