Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or equivalent field experience.
2-5 years of experience in construction or manufacturing environments.
Proficiency in Navisworks, Bluebeam, Excel, and scheduling tools (P6 or MS Project).
Strong understanding of construction processes, including steel, heavy equipment, and general sequencing.
Experience with purchasing coordination and material logistics.

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction is required.
Experience working with a major mechanical subcontractor, primarily working with HVAC systems, is required.
Familiarity with financial oversight on projects including budgeting, estimating, approving change orders, and cost tracking.

Responsibilities

Manage procurement, purchasing, and supply chain coordination.
Track project financials and support budget adherence.
Coordinate logistics and vendor communication to ensure timely material delivery.
Assist with RFIs, submittals, and schedule tracking using tools like P6 or MS Project.
Interpret shop drawings and support construction sequencing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Support project managers and field teams with technical documentation and reporting.
