With over 75 years in medical device manufacturing, Flexan, an Ingersoll Rand business, has built a legacy as a trusted contract manufacturer, guiding customers from early design through full-scale cleanroom production. We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to drive the next chapter of our operational excellence. This role goes beyond day-to-day support, leading strategic, high-impact initiatives. It's ideal for an engineer who thrives on driving change, implementing automation, and delivering solutions that make a tangible difference on the production floor. You'll own and execute major projects from identifying operational needs to delivering fully integrated solutions, collaborating with production teams and external partners to bring custom equipment to life. From automating manual processes to developing new tooling and workflows, you'll drive every project from concept to commissioning. With a 'continuous improvement' mindset and lean thinking, you'll spot opportunities, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement solutions that elevate performance across operations. This is a role for engineers who don't just maintain-they build, innovate, and shape the future of manufacturing. If tackling complex challenges and making a real operational impact excites you, this is the opportunity to make it happen.
