Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience, with 5+ focused on project sustainability services in industrial contexts
  • Experience preparing engineering project-specific and program-wide sustainability plans
  • Ability to interpret and synthesize information from multiple sources in the context of technical, regulatory, and other requirements

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to Project Schedule
  • Adhere to Project Budget
  • Manage/Supervise Contractors and Equipment Installation
  • Develop documentation for specification and purchasing of equipment and trades
  • Conduct detailed conceptual and design engineering
  • Regular Communicate with Stakeholders through Steering Committee
  • Responsible for implementing and monitoring Henkel’s environmental initiatives to enable innovative and economical green methods across Henkel facilities in North America.
  • Develop, drive, and evaluate projects to reduce energy and water usage along with waste generation to help Henkel achieve Sustainability 2030 targets - zero CO2 emission from operations, zero waste water discharge and zero production waste.
