About The Position

The Wealth Sr. Project Analyst serves as a strategic and operational partner to senior leadership, ensuring smooth execution of administrative, business continuity, and operational processes across the organization. This role enhances leader effectiveness by having end-to-end accountability around critical routines, coordination of business operations, support of enterprise initiatives, and oversight of key workflows executed by the administrative team. The Wealth Sr. Project Analyst helps drive organizational efficiency, accuracy, and consistency while enabling the successful execution of both day‑to‑day and long‑term business priorities.

  • Project coordination and tracking capabilities, with experience organizing timelines, owners, dependencies, and progress updates.
  • Comfort working with data, including list management, reporting preparation, and tracking of operational metrics or workflows.
  • Technical proficiency, including fluency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint), workflow management tools, and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of executive administrative routines and processes including calendar oversight, travel and expense coordination, approvals, distribution list governance, and other executive support needs for aligned senior leaders.
  • Execute and maintain core business continuity responsibilities, such as call tree maintenance/notifications, annual Business Continuity Plan reviews, and branch transformation communications.
  • Support core operating rhythms such as strategic initiative tracking and documentation, enabling effective planning and execution of enterprise initiatives aligned with long‑term business goals and organizational priorities.
  • Facilitate and execute call agenda management processes and develop/deliver high‑quality presentation materials for core leadership and partner forums, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and readiness amid rapidly evolving business needs.
  • Oversee and ensure quality control of key administrative processes, providing guidance to the administrative team and escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Drive and support event coordination activities, overseeing field wholesaler event planning, ensuring compliance, maintaining content libraries, and ensuring accurate and timely workflow processing.
