NJFC operates three production facilities: Northwest Packing in Vancouver, WA.; San Benito Foods, in Hollister, CA; and Toma-Tek in Firebaugh, CA.   We are looking for a Senior Peoplesoft Programmer Analyst to be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of PeopleSoft applications and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, and end-users, to ensure the effective utilization of PeopleSoft applications to meet organizational goals.   • Design, develop, test, and implement PeopleSoft applications and modules to enhance functionality, streamline business processes, and ensure system efficiency.
  • Customize and configure PeopleSoft applications to meet specific business requirements, ensuring compliance with best practices and industry standards.
  • Using SQR and third-party tools, such as Boomi IPaaS and scripting to integrate PeopleSoft applications with other applications and systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Design, develop, test and implement DSI/Could Inventory scan gun scripts that interface with PeopleSoft and the MES system and is used by the manufacturing plants and warehouses for production and inventory transactions.
  • Support the business by investigating and troubleshooting break-fix issues.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field; or any equivalent combination of training, experience and education that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the key responsibilities of this position.
  • At least 8 years of programming experience.
  • At least 5 years PeopleSoft Programmer experience.
  • Proficiency in PeopleSoft Financials (GL, AP, AR, Billing, Costing), Supply Chain (Purchasing, Production Control, Manufacturing, Inventory, Shipping), Order Management and other relevant modules.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check including employment and educational verification, credit screen, and to work West Coast business hours.
