Intelligrated Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Program Specialist for our Mason, OH location. In this role, you will serve as the primary customer contact for program activities, supporting and leading program execution. You will be responsible for leading program reviews and reporting on cost, schedule, and technical performance. A key aspect of this position involves understanding and interpreting customer requirements to work in partnership with customers towards derived solutions while leveraging existing solutions. You will facilitate and lead projects through all phases of the project life-cycle, ensuring that all aspects are managed effectively. Your responsibilities will also include participating in the preparation and evaluation of proposals, making bid/no-bid decisions, and developing business plans, Statements of Work (SOW), specifications, budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contracts. You will take part in negotiations of contracts and manage contract change management processes. Additionally, you will manage development efforts for product development, integration, and testing, ensuring that all program requirements are communicated effectively to support personnel across various departments including Engineering, Finance, Quality, Material Control, Purchasing, and Manufacturing. As a Senior Program Specialist, you will leverage new business opportunities with established customers and identify and pursue opportunities with new customers, including thoroughly qualified new business leads and sales opportunities. You will establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules, identifying program problems and risks while obtaining solutions such as resource allocation and contract specification changes. Monitoring and assessing performance, you will identify problems and institute corrective actions as required. You will also be responsible for identifying, tracking, and managing risks, recording and communicating lessons learned from each program, and managing and evaluating financial and technical trade-off analyses required for scope changes in a program. Ultimately, you will be responsible for the direction, oversight, and outcome of all assigned programs.
