About The Position

Culmen International is hiring a Sr Program Security Representative (PSR) to provide support to our client onsite at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. What You’ll Do in Your New Role The PSR will: Develop, support and facilitate security architectures for new technology programs. Research, develop and recommend long and short-range programs. Determine, apply and monitor security requirements and tasks related to the specific technology programs to be protected. Create DD254's for classified efforts. Indoctrinate newly assigned personnel and de-brief departing personnel. Support the creation, processing, coordination, and approval of physical security facilities. Perform OPSEC analysis. Plan and assist with program close-out actions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of work experience in the Department of War with developing and/or implementing Special Access Program governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Experience with establishment, transition and co-utilization of SAPs.
• Expert knowledge of Executive Order 13526, ICD 705 Series, DODI 5205.11 and DoD 5205.7 SAP instruction and manual, and other applicable security policies.
• Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility; w illingness to sit for a CI Poly
• Bachelor's degree (requirement may be substituted with 10+ direct experience)

Nice To Haves

• DCSA Security Fundamentals Professional Certification and Special Programs Certification are highly desired.
