As a Program Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for critical hardware flight worthiness evaluation activities associated with current and future government customer spacecraft missions. You’ll work directly with the primary mission manager and engineering teams to ensure all customer requirements and concerns are met and addressed for launch. In this role you will directly support the execution of flight worthiness assessments through all phases of launch vehicle build. You’ll be an advocate for our customer by acting as the point of contact to implement customer feedback and lessons learned to improve flight worthiness review execution and customer satisfaction. In this position you will also represent the SpaceX Quality and Build Reliability org to our government customers and be responsible for assuring successful execution on our contractual deliverables for flight worthiness assessments on all Falcon and Starship government missions. As the rate of government missions increases, the team's primary goal is to achieve maximum flight reliability confidence with minimum impact to the engineering community by implementing and executing plans to minimize review scope and increase confidence in SpaceX systems and processes.
