Raytheon is seeking an experienced Program Management, Planning & Scheduling professional to join the Program Design & Planning organization. This position will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and analysis of the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule. The role involves developing the network and integrated workflow of schedule activities to ensure an accurate, appropriate, and effective plan is established for the scope of work. The successful candidate will perform analysis to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the critical path, risk integration, IMS structure, and evaluate trends and schedule-related metrics. Additionally, the role includes reviewing and implementing IMS coding, outlining structures, and adherence to directives and department scheduling best practices. Depending on the size and complexity of the effort, this role may involve assisting the lead scheduler/planner on larger/more complex efforts or being responsible for smaller efforts. This position is an onsite role in Tucson, AZ.
