About The Position

We are looking for a highly motivated individual responsible for program management, with a focus on planning, managing deliverables, collaborating across teams, and driving projects to completion to produce actionable results and insights that drive improvements, to join our team as a Senior Program Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and program management, with experience preparing program data for higher-level analysis by extrapolating key insights for executive decision-making. This individual must be comfortable communicating directly with all levels of leadership and various departments. Maintaining strong relationships, proactive communication, and supporting daily operations aligning with the team’s goals and objectives are critical to the role’s success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Must be able to work remotely in North Dakota, Minnesota. Applicants not currently residing in one of these states will not be considered.
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to think strategically, manage execution, and develop strong business relationships across teams.
  • Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, and written).
  • Passion for excellence and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and an ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable in a high-paced and dynamic team environment.
  • Executive presence and communication.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Power BI and Azure DevOps is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the relationship with your assigned stakeholders supporting a functional area while still collaborating as a high-performing team.
  • Define and document the design and build requirements for support offers being brought to market.
  • Oversee and manage programs through their milestones, ensuring all teams have written complete documentation for the design and build, and have appropriately represented their investment asks.
  • Ensure that programs are well-coordinated and aligned with broader organizational goals.
  • Socialize and champion the priorities of all teams involved in offering support.
  • Identify and remove roadblocks hindering effective delivery.
