About The Position

Position Title: Sr. Program Manager Location: Vienna, VA - hybrid Onsite: 2-3x/week Position Status: Contract Pay Rate: $70-$80.00/hour Years Experience: 10-15 years

Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing large-scale HR or Talent/Performance Management programs in complex organizations.
  • Oracle or Workday experience preferred.
  • Proven success leading organizational change efforts tied to process or system updates.
  • Skilled in developing requirements, procedures, and implementation plans.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional teamwork across divisions and departments.
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting program data and insights to leadership.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience facilitating meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Review Process & Timelines Lead and provide enterprise-level service and technical support during review periods.
  • Monitor review completion rates and ensure timely follow-up with leaders for evaluation submissions.
  • Support Communication & Training Partner with Communications to develop and deliver stakeholder updates on review processes and expectations.
  • Ensure training materials are available and accessible for both employees and managers.
  • Analyze & Report Review Outcomes Capture employee experience and lessons learned for retrospectives.
  • Collect and synthesize completion data and provide reports and improvement recommendations to leadership.
  • 2026 Performance Cycle Planning Collaborate with stakeholders to define execution plans for the 2026 cycle, aligning with organizational strategy.
  • Support technical enhancements, communications, and change management components.
  • Coordinate Enterprise Goal Setting Launch and manage enterprise-wide goal-setting process - including communications, timelines, guidance, and training resources.
  • Launch Annual Feedback Cycles (Check-Ins) Execute and communicate Q1 check-in processes and expectations to leaders and employees.
