As a part of the FBM team, we can build, replenish, & modernize this crucial national asset with today’s tools & technology to benefit the world, the nation, our states, and our communities! What does this role look like? As a Senior Program Manager , you will be part of the Avionics Directorate and be responsible for: Cost, schedule, and technical commitments for the Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) portion of the Avionics modernization portfolio. FY28 proposal & Modernization Strategic Planning (MSP) inputs for EGSE scope. Closely partnering with the Navy Customers, Avionics teams, and other functions to effectively execute the contracted scope. Serve on the FBM Program Leadership Team (PLT) representing EGSE. Ensure that projects are completed on schedule following established procedures, schedules, and work plans. Coordinate the planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of Engineering Test projects within the area of assigned responsibility. Ensure Engineering is coordinated across Program and suppliers. Plan, Prepare and brief Navy customers and other program stakeholders on a monthly cadence or on an as needed basis.
