Help us transform our workforce of the future, today. We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Enterprise Program Management Office. The Senior Program Manager leads enterprise-scale programs and initiatives, providing strategic oversight and direction to project managers and cross-functional delivery teams. This position is focused on our payment solutions portfolio and partners closely with IT and business stakeholders to define roadmaps, align priorities, and deliver high-impact programs that support corporate objectives. The Senior Program Manager is critical to driving enterprise collaboration, enabling strategic execution, and delivering measurable business value. Location: This position is fully in office (5 days a week) at the Zions Technology Center - 7860 South Bingham Junction Blvd, Midvale, UT 84047 The Zions Technology Center is a 400,000-square-foot technology campus in Midvale, Utah. Located on the former Sharon Steel Mill superfund site, the sustainably built campus is the company’s primary technology and operations center. This modern and environmentally friendly technology center enables Zions to compete for the best technology talent in the state while providing team members with an exceptional work environment with features such as: Electric vehicle charging stations and close proximity to Historic Gardner Village UTA TRAX station. Requirements

  • Familiarity with treasury management payments processes and products
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in project management processes, methodologies, tools, resource and change management practices, or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence senior and executive stakeholders, and manage scope, budgets, schedules, and resources
  • Experience in solution identification and assessment, vendor selection, and creation of business and financial cases

Responsibilities

  • Partner with IT and business leaders to develop roadmaps and manage priorities for payment solutions initiatives
  • Lead enterprise-scale, cross-functional programs from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Provide oversight and direction to project managers and delivery teams to drive consistent, high-quality execution
  • Own program governance, including scope, budget, timelines, risks, and dependencies
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program deliverables and executive-level communications
  • Lead and train staff as needed; other duties as assigned
