The Senior Program Manager, Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise (CoE) will be accountable for managing complex and broad projects across the Talent Acquisition CoE. The Talent Acquisition CoE delivers strategic talent solutions that provide a competitive advantage in attracting the best talent. We transform TA at Schwab by enabling next level performance through thought leadership and enterprise talent solutions. The TA CoE consists of Internal Mobility, Employer Brand, Sourcing, and Early Talent. You will drive results for high visibility and high impact COE strategies and initiatives with tailored approaches to the needs of the initiatives and stakeholders. You will also manage and drive the execution on the talent attraction components of our yearly strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5-7 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years leading programs or projects within Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing project teams that deliver measurable results.
  • Strong track record of partnering with business leaders to achieve strategic objectives and advance key initiatives.
  • Proven success in strategic thinking, anticipating opportunities, driving collaboration, and translating vision into actionable strategies.
  • Skilled at influencing stakeholders and fostering strong relationships across HR and organizational leadership.
  • Expertise in change management, including designing, implementing, and sustaining change strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to craft clear, compelling messages and deliver presentations to audiences at all leadership levels.

Nice To Haves

  • Prosci Change Management certification, or related change management certification.
  • Project Management certification or certificate - Agile, Scrum, PMP etc.

Responsibilities

  • Consult and lead complex strategic initiatives for the Talent Acquisition CoE, including creating and executing project plans.
  • Identifies and recommends opportunities across the TA function to further the advancement of the HR and TA strategies.
  • Understand and leverage the TA model to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as a key influencer with stakeholders such as TA leadership, TA and HR partners leveraging a consultative and strategic partner approach to ensure the successful delivery of program initiatives
  • Communicate with talent acquisition leadership on the status of programs being managed as well as presenting new ideas for program enhancements.
  • Facilitate the gathering of key performance indicator metrics (KPIs) for the Talent Acquisition CoE and annual delivery strategies to identify trends.
  • Serve as a mentor and thought leader to expand TA capabilities for project management and relationship management.
