About The Position
KLA is a global leader in diversified electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem, and this position is integral to our KLA Services team based in Milpitas, CA. The role involves managing various projects and initiatives that have differing risk requirements. You will be responsible for defining the scope, timeline, team members, structure, deliverables, resource needs, and budget for these projects. Collaboration with key internal and external partners is essential to accurately articulate the project problem statement and the needs to colleagues and leadership across the company. You will help develop and drive strategies that align with the global business and regulatory landscape, ensuring that the projects are executed effectively and efficiently. In this role, you will provide program direction and leadership while crafting a strategic plan. You will also reassess, lead, and improve the overall supply-chain compliance and due-diligence processes. This position requires the ability to navigate ambiguity and motivate change in complex and multifaceted situations. You will be expected to hold team members at various levels accountable, ensuring that everyone is aligned with the project goals and objectives.
