  • Own the end-to-end delivery of transformation programs that reimagine how HR services are delivered at scale—with an emphasis on effectiveness, efficiency, and employee experience.
  • Translate executive vision into actionable strategies, detailed plans, and measurable outcomes.
  • Secure investment for transformation efforts through cost-benefit analyses, financial modeling, and clear articulation of return on investment.
  • Oversee the transformation project portfolio, including intake, prioritization, resourcing, and ongoing monitoring and communication to maintain visibility and ensure successful delivery.
  • Support project teams in defining objectives and key results, tracking project/program performance, and providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Develop coordinated change, training, and communication plans that drive adoption of new tools, services, and processes.
  • Create learning strategies to help teams build new skills, capabilities, and ways of working—including AI fluency.
  • Drive scalable solutions with a focus on usability, global and local relevance, and continuous improvement.
  • Leverage agile practices to test, learn, and adapt quickly.
  • Partner with global and regional Employee Experience, IT, Legal, and Finance teams to align on goals, co-create solutions, and ensure smooth execution across geographies.
  • 10+ years in strategy consulting or program leadership in global, matrixed organizations; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-level HR or business transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Expertise in HR strategy and operations, portfolio and change management, process optimization, and service delivery models.
  • Strong ability to influence through clear, evidence-based recommendations and investment plans.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills—able to simplify complexity and inspire action.
  • Product approach with experience applying agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Workday, Power BI a plus.
