Job Overview Position Must Sit in Frisco, TX This role leads programs that enhance the sales process and improve the customer experience through ongoing management activities. It involves collaborating with sales operations and enablement teams to support programs after launch and throughout their lifecycle. The role requires reporting program outcomes and metrics to leadership to inform decision-making. Success is measured by the ability to identify issues, communicate impacts, and develop effective management plans. The work directly influences organizational sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction by ensuring program goals are met and sustained.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 4-7 years - Experience in organizational programs, project management or related area.
  • 2-4 years - Supervisory or program management experience, including cross-functional management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction for sales programs to achieve lifecycle management objectives and improve program outcomes
  • Lead planning efforts to support various workstreams and key business areas, ensuring alignment with program goals
  • Conduct operational assessments to identify risks and gaps, proposing solutions to partners and leadership
  • Measure results and communicate progress and insights to leaders
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
