The Senior Program Manager Practice Enablement for Technology is responsible for developing program and agile practices, processes and tools to enable managing and delivering multiple medium to large programs with medium to high complexity within the Technology Portfolio. This role partners closely with fellow program management and agile leaders within the Program Management Practice and Technology Portfolio Management team. The role also partners closely with leaders across Product Management, Engineering and the Business teams in a highly collaborative, exciting, and fast paced atmosphere. Our program management roles focus on leading coordination and management activities of the program, program planning activities, and governance and monitoring activities. This role also helps to develop processes and tools for managing and overseeing program budgeting and forecasting as well as helps manage vendors and third parties within our programs. Successful Senior Program Managers exhibit strong team leadership and communication skills, strong planning and organization skills, and significant experience driving collaboration and alignment across teams. This position is fully remote. This role is an Individual Contributor position.
