About the position

The Sr. Program Manager for Product Operations within Amazon's Supply Chain Optimization Technologies (SCOT) team is responsible for managing the user engagement lifecycle for supply chain tools. This role focuses on enhancing supply chain operations by identifying user needs, synthesizing data, and driving vendor adoption of tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, marketing, and program management, with a customer-centric approach to solving supply chain challenges.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate and analyze inputs from multiple sources to influence technology decisions.
• Partner with internal and external organizations to document vendor supply chain operations nuances.
• Quantify vendor segment needs and propose enhancements to product roadmaps.
• Orchestrate new product offerings into vendor-centric adoption strategies.
• Design and execute go-to-market plans and communications for new products.
• Identify barriers to adoption and prioritize enhancements based on feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Nice-to-haves

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Experience in driving awareness, adoption, and integration of supply chain solutions.
• Experience querying and manipulating data in SQL.
