About The Position

Amazon is committed to building a sustainable business for our employees, customers, and communities. From leading The Climate Pledge to our goal of Net Zero Carbon by 2040, Amazon continues to drive industry transformation. Deploying a fleet of 100,000 electric delivery vehicles is one of the most impactful levers we have-and the technology, automation, and intelligent systems behind that fleet are critical to our success. Amazon's Global Fleet Electrification & Infrastructure (GFP E&I) team is seeking a results-driven leader with strong business judgment and cross-functional collaboration skills to own planning and automation initiatives for our electrification and infrastructure supply chain. Our Program Managers are high-energy self-starters who thrive on building scalable, tech-enabled mechanisms that connect engineering, sourcing, logistics, and construction to deliver critical EVSE to Amazon's fleet-charging sites worldwide. As a member of the Electrification & Infrastructure Supply Chain team, you will own material readiness and end-to-end automation strategy across the Americas to support Amazon's rapidly expanding fleet-electrification network. This role's primary focus is to design and operationalize next-generation forecasting, AI-supported demand-planning models, and automated data pipelines for key electrical systems-including switchgear, transformers, rectifiers, and chargers. You will work closely with design engineering, deployment, and supplier partners to build an integrated, data-driven planning tool that aligns global supply with real-time demand signals. You will also be responsible for tracking and auditing material status from purchase order through site delivery, ensuring supply continuity, reducing latency in data handoffs, and implementing proactive, tech-driven strategies to mitigate risk and accelerate deployment. Additionally, you will architect and implement automation workflows (including ETL pipelines, dashboarding, and exception-handling mechanisms) to eliminate manual work, improve data quality, and increase operating efficiency across the supply chain. We are building the largest commercial EV fleet in the world, join us for exciting and challenging infrastructure challenges at an unprecedented scale!
