About The Position

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product. Central role in OCI Supply Chain Operations, focused on Process Design, Technology deployment, and Innovation. This role is positioned to advance our Forecasting and Supply Planning practice within Supply Chain Operations. This key role brings Process, People and (Fusion) Application Software together. Prime objective is to accelerate innovation, drive scale and efficiency, and guide deployment of - among other new technologies - the entire scope of AI (Answer, Author, Action) solutions. It will position OCI’s Hardware Supply Chain for the unprecedented volume growth (“Go Big”) expected in FY26, FY27 and beyond.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program/project management
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant technical field or equivalent work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience as hands-on program manager; preferably in a related industry.
  • Experience efficiently and effectively communicating findings/progress to cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and the broader organizations, with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products.
  • Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending.
  • Monitor the project from initiation through delivery.
  • Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints.
  • Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
  • Fusion Supply Chain Planning expertise to drive the Go-Big deliverables.

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
