ClickUp is seeking a strategic, data-driven Program Manager to establish lead critical initiatives across our Sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. This role manages cross-functional programs that define, plan, and scale our sales engine, supporting both strategic priorities and operational rhythms. This is a critical hire for the GTM Strategy & Operations team, building foundational best practices to establish what great program and project management looks like for the future. This individual will also function as a 'Chief of Staff' for GTM Strategy & Ops leaders, helping to drive key initiatives, shape team culture and represent the team on behalf of leadership.
