The Amazon B2B Payments & Lending team provides invoicing, working capital and payment acceptance solutions to Amazon Business customers, sellers and other small business customers across Amazon. We are part of the global Amazon Payments organization, who aims to delight our customers by building payment experiences and financial services that are trusted, valued and easy to use from anywhere in any way. We are seeking a customer-obsessed, results-oriented Sr. Program Manager to lead the Payment Success program for Pay by Invoice experience, supporting our largest and most strategic enterprise customers. This individual will be responsible for implementing and scaling operational processes across multiple stakeholder groups to reduce payment defects, streamline business operations, and scale procure-to-pay payment best practices leveraging a team of Payment Success Account Managers. The ideal candidate will combine strong program management skills, deep operational excellence, experience developing business-critical KPIs, and a proven track record of leading continuous improvement and automation initiatives. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Sales, and Customer Support teams to identify root causes of payment issues, launch new operational processes, and deliver a frictionless payment experience to our customers while driving measurable improvements in key performance metrics.
