The Commercial Fleet team at 7-Eleven manages a diverse portfolio of fleet payments and programs leveraged to drive B2B traffic to our network of over 8,000 retail fuel locations. The team also manages the 7FLEET Diesel Network, a collection of nearly 500 7-Eleven®, Speedway® and Stripes® stores meeting the needs of professional truck drivers in 26 states. The Sr Program Manager of Fleet Data Management role has a heavy IT focus and collaborates with IT on all data needs of the fleet fuel business. The responsibilities require a deep understanding of CRM software (Salesforce), Business Intelligence software (Power BI), and other various data management systems and practices. This role works closely with many internal and external partners to act as a SME for Salesforce and our data infrastructure while ensuring data accuracy for customers, pricing, and site management.

  • Designs, develops, and implements data management tools needed to support all Commercial Fleet payment solutions and provides ongoing support and development once established
  • Manages and maintains all data and process aspects of Fleet sales in Salesforce
  • Evaluates trends in customer and site behavior; collaborates with the Fleet team to identify areas of focus and improve reaction time through data driven results
  • Identifies process changes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction; makes recommendations accordingly
  • Ensures data accuracy to be used to analyze financial profitability to influence and drive business decisions to improve the Fleet business
  • Maintains positive working relationships on cross functional teams with internal and external partners to support customer satisfaction and value optimization
  • Provides subject matter expertise by attending high-level meetings; presents information as needed
  • Completes scheduled and ad-hoc departmental reporting and analysis
  • Completes other duties, including special projects, as assigned by Management
  • Solution driven and detail oriented with the curiosity to consider multiple possibilities to solve a problem, and the confidence to present those solutions in a clear and concise manner that promotes consensus from the team
  • Supports Fleet sales growth through the ownership of a positive Fleet customer experience through accurate and reliable sales and pricing
  • Responsible for strategy, roadmap, and implementation planning of relevant data management tools, including but not limited to Salesforce
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills to represent Fleet on complicated projects that deliver results
  • Own the role of SME and liaison for the Commercial Fleet department across multiple internal and external partners including IT, Digital, Supply, Pricing, and various fleet payment providers
  • Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience
  • Detail oriented with a passion for problem solving
  • Ability to work within a cross-functional team at all levels of the organization
  • Strong project management skillset
  • Proficiency with CRM (Software) and other data management tools
  • Meticulous attention to detail and tracking key project metrics
