As the Sr Program Manager on the Executive Initiatives team, you will partner closely with the Principal Program Manager of Executive Initiatives to drive the delivery of high-impact programs that shape the future of the organization. Reporting to the Sr Director of Executive Initiatives, this role blends strategic planning, systems thinking, and program execution to deliver business-critical outcomes and scalable operational improvements. You will lead complex, cross-functional programs of work within larger key initiatives that align with company priorities, define key challenges in collaboration with senior stakeholders, and architect solutions alongside subject matter experts (SMEs). You will thrive in ambiguity, bring clarity through structure, and connect strategy to execution across technical and business domains.
