The position involves coordinating disaster response and crisis management activities at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Participates in institutional task forces and other special committees related to the achievement of goals and objectives.
Facilitates and manages discussions at an executive level based on simulated or real-world events, collecting and tracking action items through event documentation and debriefs.
Organizes, develops, and administers training (i.e., community exercises, tabletop drills) to faculty and staff.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
5 years of relevant work experience.
Advanced knowledge in program management, peer leadership, financial processes, quality management, networking, and process improvement.

Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
Ability to build relationships through industry contacts and professional organizations.
