The Sr. Program Manager, Digital Platforms is responsible for shaping, directing, and executing on a strategic plan to ensure interoperability and flexibility across our suite of client-facing digital platforms; collaborating with senior leadership to envision, design, and deploy new platforms, products, analytics, and tools; and providing leadership, direction, and coordination for in-flight distribution-focused digital transformation initiatives. This individual will ensure the successful design and delivery of the program—detailing objectives, managing risks, ensuring outcomes, enhancing operational efficiency, and optimizing resource utilization.
