The Senior Program Manager, Data & AI Partner GTM will be part of the exciting space of Data & GenAI, focusing on helping scale this rapidly growing business. This role will own key business management and strategy mechanisms for the organization, proposing and managing worldwide initiatives and mechanisms to create, accelerate, and launch generative AI opportunities with partners and customers while helping to inform and manage the business. In this role, you will need to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members across various teams, departments, and geographies/time zones. Strong verbal and written communication skills, experience with executive-level communication/narratives, and the ability to foster trust across roles and levels in the organization are essential. You must also be comfortable operating with ambiguity, leveraging data to unlock business insights for leaders, and proactively identifying and solving for blockers and challenges. As a Senior Program Manager, you will interface with AWS Sales, Technical, Finance, Enablement, and Business Development leaders, providing exciting visibility and scope to think big and invent & simplify for internal and external customers. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying trends in the business, gaining insights into wins and losses, and helping to inform the most senior leadership at AWS. This role will be instrumental in shaping how we go-to-market with our Data & GenAI offerings, identifying ways to improve our solutions for customers, and rapidly scaling the business. This role will require managing large, complex initiatives, dealing with ambiguity, balancing speed with quality, and advocating on behalf of the customer to provide high-performance solutions.
