  • Identify areas for process improvement and develop business processes and procedures.
  • Maintain documentation in SharePoint and provide guidance to teams for adherence to procedures.
  • Track program changes and communicate their impact on scope, budget, and timeline to stakeholders.
  • Communicate program progress, risks, and issues to senior-level stakeholders and team members.
  • Develop and execute program and project plans, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Manage program and project budgets, including forecasting and tracking financials.
  • Identify and manage program risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
  • Lead project teams, coaching and motivating team members to meet project deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Decision Sciences, Industrial Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, with at least 1 year in a Senior Associate level role.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in program and senior project management.
  • PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong program and project management skills, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet.
  • Familiarity with business architecture and capability modeling.
  • Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.
  • Experience with tools for creating Program Dashboards, such as Tableau and Azure DevOps.
