The Program Manager, Campus & Intern Programs sits within Global Talent Acquisition / Early Career Talent and is responsible for designing, executing, and continuously improving GM’s campus engagement strategy and summer internship program. Roughly half of this role focuses on campus partnerships, recruiting strategy, and events, and the other half on end‑to-end intern program design, delivery, and evaluation. You will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs), HR, business leaders, and Program/Track leads to deliver a consistent, scalable, and high‑impact early career experience that fuels GM’s long‑term talent pipeline.
