About The Position

As a Sr Program Manager (C-sUAS) with MTSI you will support Counter-small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS) initiatives. This position will be located in the Washington DC area. Other Job Duties: Will be providing support to a DSW and White House directed program Serves as program advisory lead for extremely time critical technical projects, test projects, or tasks requiring appropriate level technical expertise. Assists acquisition planning, market research, and drafting technical requirements and documents. Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to verify program needs are identified to meet project goals. Helps the Government assess the technical sufficiency, cost, quality, and timely delivery of program deliverables. Confers with program managers to provide technical advice and to assist with problem resolution as needed. Supports management and execution of programs consisting of multiple projects. Ensures overall program is properly coordinated and efficiently accomplished with the best available resources. Reports status on all support efforts including updates in status and performance, major activities, challenges and opportunities, deliverables, and subcontractor performance. Drafts, reviews, and edits final program reports, documents, and briefings. Supports acquisition planning and development of documents required for systems acquisition. Supports and advises acquisition and program management functions, advises Government management on design challenges, risk assessments, market solutions, documentation, production challenges, operational delivery, and integration, and supports system program reviews, Plans and executes digital engineering model development to support architecture development and initiatives in support of program milestones

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • 2 years in a SAP and/or SCI equivalent environment
  • C-sUAS experience preferred
  • Acquisition Management experience required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field REQUIRED
  • Candidate must have a US Top Secret SCI security clearance with SAP experience
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
