The Worldwide Retail Growth and Development team is responsible for the strategic planning, acquisition, design, construction, launch, and maintenance of Amazon Worldwide Grocery Stores' real estate assets. This includes Whole Foods Market, Amazon Grocery Stores, and Amazon Grocery Logistics. We are looking for a Sr. Program Manager to support our central Growth & Development Business Operations org. The Sr. Program Manager will sit on the Business Operations leadership team and work closely with leaders across Business Operations and the wider Growth & Development org. Key responsibilities will be developing and managing Business Operations' ‘Rhythm of the Business,' overall prioritization and project tracking, escalations, special projects, and more. The role will be responsible for communicating across a wide variety of stakeholder teams, leading and contributing to key business documents, and organizing and helping to prioritize and track projects across Business Operations. The role will also be responsible for resolving regular escalations by quickly gathering information and bringing together the right group of stakeholders.
