The Senior Program Manager, Building Launch will serve as a leader of multiple projects including launch of pharmacies and fulfillment centers to include new sites, and renovations. This position requires close collaboration with launch partners across various cross-functional teams. They are a highly organized individual with an understanding of all aspects of a project in addition to solid project management skills. The Sr Program Manager, Building Launch will define and implement process improvement initiatives using data and metrics. This includes detailed follow-up after launch, robust lessons learned analysis, and continuous improvement of the launch process. The ideal candidate will combine deep operational expertise with strong program management skills to ensure metrics are tracked through regular business reviews and partner with key stakeholders to improve the launch experience.

  • Develop and execute KPIs tracking them through tools like SQL, Google Sheets, Asana and other tools.
  • Collaborate with various departments like R & D, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Operations and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment and coordination.
  • Drive end to end delivery, and communicate results to senior leadership.
  • Tie metrics to action items and partner with key stakeholders to ensure launch timelines are met.
  • Use data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that arise during the launch process.
  • Analyze the results of the launch to identify areas for improvement in future launches.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering) is preferred but not required. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical compounding, manufacturing, fulfillment, or a related operational environment.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience, managing teams in a fast-paced, regulated setting.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and understanding construction CAD drawings to ensure accurate execution of design specifications and project compliance.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Google Sheets, Asana, GBQ and other tools.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and operational reporting tools.
  • Strong knowledge of USP 795, USP 800, cGMP, OSHA, and FDA regulations.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing production needs, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, and bending.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time both local and internationally.
