Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering and/or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in operations, manufacturing, procurement, supply chain or related area
- 2+ years' experience of managing projects or programs with engagement of stakeholders across finance, engineering, supply chain, operations, and manufacturing to drive aggressive timelines and deliver complex outcomes on time
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering
- 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, manufacturing, procurement, supply chain or related area
- Experience working with high tech products, including semiconductors, electrical distribution, or batteries
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative and operate independently.
Responsibilities
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches of new suppliers in support of complex battery storage supply chains
- Create, maintain, and communicate schedules and plans for sourcing, battery manufacturing projects, including process development, validation, design, SOP, and mass production sustainment
- Prepare roll-up information and reports for senior leadership on project status, blockers, and changes
- Coordinate build milestones with Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities, and Production teams
- Track material readiness, project costs, and drive cost management improvements
- Provide technical leadership and project management to identify creative, timely solutions to key program challenges
