About The Position
The Associate Training team within NA Learning and Development is looking for a Senior Program Manager to build scalable training and onboarding programs for UTR Associates within North America Amazon Logistics (AMZL). This role requires scoping and creating project plans, planning and managing on-the-job learning programs including content, implementation, and measurement across multiple modalities and formats. A qualified candidate will have proven project management experience and will be able to own the life cycle of a program.
