We are seeking a Senior Program Manager - A&E - Wireless , a strategic leadership role responsible for the overall performance, direction, and management of a multidisciplinary team including designers, project and program managers, drafters, and third-party subcontractor partners. This role works closely with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure the successful delivery of architecture and engineering (A&E) services across wireless telecom projects. This person will oversee the full lifecycle of design services, including onsite data collection, utility coordination, macro and small cell tower designs, and telecommunications equipment compound layouts. They will regularly communicate with team members regarding technology upgrades, client specifications, project prioritization, design deliverables, quality control and assurance, and team financials. In addition to managing resource allocation and project execution, this role partners closely with construction managers, engineers, CAD team members, and site acquisition personnel to streamline workflows from project award through construction completion. The Program Manager also plays a key role in business development, supporting client retention and identifying new opportunities in collaboration with internal teams.
