About The Position
Maximus is currently hiring for a Sr. project Director to support our new Kentucky Health Benefits Exchange project. This is a hybrid position that requires you to work both onsite at our Frankfort, KY office as well as remotely. The Sr. Project Director is responsible for managing the entire program and the people assigned to it. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring the project meets, or exceeds, the performance requirements set by our client. Experience leading multiagency government projects and/or contact center-as-a-service is necessary to lead this project. The Kentucky Health Benefits Exchange project will be a multichannel, multiprogram contact center that will support multiple clients throughout the state of Kentucky. This job is contingent upon contract award.
