Manage a team responsible for effective Project Controls Management to achieve business results for Honeywell. You will ensure the Project Controls Management processes are implemented appropriately and support Honeywell business and Project Controls Management leaders to ensure data integrity by enforcing compliance to management operating system and processes. The Sr. Program Controls Manager will be functionally responsible for overall management of all Project Planning & Controls Organization (PP&C) employees in North America, including but not limited to recruiting, hiring, allocation, administration, performance reviews and professional development. Responsible for the Project Controls philosophy within the COE (Center of Excellence), deploying Project Controls policies and procedures and providing leadership to the COE project controls employees. Work with the Line of Business (LOB) Operational Leads and Project Controls Managers to implement organizational work processes, data structures and technology required for supporting Operations and Project Controls efforts.
