In support of government customer, we are seeking a Program Analyst – Sr. with experience in supporting (DOD Federal acquisition programs; knowledge of policy/ principles/organizational protocols). Job Duties: Leads a team of analyst in technological, programmatic, and logistics fields to support acquisition management activities. Provides analytical support in any of the following disciplines: engineering, science, business, financial, cost, or program management. Typical duties performed may include; analysis, design, development, testing, integration, logistics, program management, cost, financial, or management analysis, or maintenance of systems, processes, programs, offices or products. Develops and/or reviews acquisition documentation, program reports, papers, drawings, specifications, procedures. - Providing acquisition analysis, planning, and management support. - Coordinating Programmatic Decisions (ADMs), Milestone Reviews, and MAT Reviews, and developing APM-PM policies and SOPs. Delivering acquisition SME support, analyzing planning and scheduling data, and developing tools/workflows to track work products across teams. -Drafting PMO-level processes and documentation to ensure compliance with applicable DoD and MCSC acquisition policies. Advising on program requirements and acquisition strategies throughout execution, reviewing, staffing, and adjudicating documentation. - Managing document tracking, schedule updates, and organizational data while maintaining program management templates. Supporting development of program workflows, risk management strategies, and strategic communications. - Assisting the APM-PM with PM Risk Management; drafting Memorandums for the Record; preparing for MAT and Technical Reviews; tracking Acquisition Program Baselines documentation, and maintaining PM level documents and RDAIS Records. Developing and delivering briefs, responses to Taskers, and maintaining PMO document libraries in MS Teams and SharePoint libraries. - Drafting, staffing, and submitting CDRLs for Government review.

  • BS / BA
  • 10 years of related progressive professional work experience in program analytics.
  • Demonstrated Knowledge: Working knowledge of the FAR, and DoD Acquisition policies, such as DoDI 5000.02 and SECNAV 5000.02; the Adaptive Acquisition Framework; Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution processes; and MCSC Acquisition Guidebook.
  • A minimum of six (6) years of relevant progressive professional work experience in program analytics or ten (10) years of professional experience, including six (6) years in a defense acquisitions program office or similar organization.
  • Experience in project/program level positions executing research, development, and innovation/technology integration is required.
  • Minimum Clearance Required: SECRET with the ability to obtain TS when Need to Know is required.
