About The Position

S³, Inc. has an opening for a Sr. Program Analyst to provide support to our SHIELD program at Redstone Arsenal, AL. The role involves providing direct support to the IFPC Inc 2 Product Manager, IFPC Inc 2 Deputy Product Manager, and 2nd Interceptor Program Officer in day-to-day operations and serving as the primary scheduler to develop and coordinate long-range plans. The analyst will track and analyze status with respect to baseline plans and track the status and scheduling of all 2nd Interceptor program efforts. Additionally, the position requires developing and consolidating material for schedule reviews, technical reviews, risk management activities, and other major tasks, as well as supporting the preparation of Information Papers in response to Requests for Information (RFIs), Staff Action Control Office (SACO) taskers, and formal/information correspondence by coordinating and consolidating input from functional areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of Knowledge Management experience
  • Secret or higher DoD security clearance or have the ability to obtain a clearance
  • Experience using statistical methods and data visualization tools to extract actionable insights from complex datasets
  • Familiarity with securing content and managing user access controls to enforce data security and compliance policies
  • Proficient in developing and deploying database solutions using programming languages to support decision-making is preferred
  • Consistently seeking and implementing technical advancements and improvements in knowledge management practices

Responsibilities

  • Create program Integrated Master Schedules
  • Maintain and update program schedules within MS Project
  • Consult with managers and technical experts to set up tasks and subtasks
  • Coordinate timelines with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor and keep managers and stakeholders informed of program timelines and deadlines
  • Evaluate program status and prepare program progress reports
  • Recommend actions to ensure program tasks are completed on time
  • Perform Schedule Risks Analysis
  • Track, analyze, and report critical/driving path analysis and metrics accurately
  • Review, compare, and analyze schedule performance against baseline program plans
