About The Position
The Senior Professional, Athlete Intelligence Field Researcher is a vital role in our Innovation, Development, and Testing (IDT) department aimed directly at the heart of what we do: making athletes better by providing them performance solutions they never knew they needed but, once they have it, they won't imagine being able to live without. This position will seek to understand every aspect of an athlete's journey to identify opportunities, both present and future, to support them on and off the field. This function will synthesize data collected from athletes and identify product solutions that address these opportunities. This role will feed this intelligence to our idea intake model, then collaborate with our Product teams to foster the development and adoption of these solutions into product that makes athletes better.
