We are seeking a dependable and experienced Senior Production Worker to join our day shift team. This role requires hands-on production experience, leadership capability, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED certificate
• 2 - 4 years relevant experience
• Certification in forklift operation
• Knowledge of operating other warehouse machinery
• Data entry, math and computer skills

Responsibilities

• Forklift Certification - Must be certified and experienced in operating a forklift safely.
• Machinery Operation - Skilled in operating various types of production and warehouse equipment.
• Technical Skills - Proficient in data entry, basic math, and using computers for production tracking.
• Physical Requirements - Must be physically fit and able to lift items up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Team Leadership - Capable of guiding team members, supporting productivity, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Attention to Detail - Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Time Management - Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication - Clear verbal and written communication skills essential for coordination across teams.
