Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in engineering degree or related degree background preferred
• Minimum 5 years supervisor in similar or related manufacturing operation management experience
• Ability to create and adhere to effective schedule
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Firm understanding of safety regulations including OSHA, SARA and HAZWOPER
• Semiconductor manufacturing line or Cleanroom operation experience is a plus
• Ability to complete written reports legibly and accurately

Responsibilities

• Overseeing both MEMS manufacturing and Probe Head Assembly procedures in factory production operations, including the equipment, staff and processes on the production floor
• Evaluating each station of the production process to maintain optimum efficiency
• Manage the production team and oversee scheduling and day-to-day production activities
• Escalating WIP materials issues to responsible engineering team to minimize production down time
• Enforcing all safety, HR and employment policies on the production floor
• Creating and overseeing employee training to increase production, enhance safe operations and ensure profitability
• Inspecting products for quality and accuracy prior to shipping
• Maintaining communication between management and employees to ensure that necessary policies are understood and followed
• Ensuring that the flow of resources like raw materials is maintained and that production items are delivered as needed and used properly and efficiently
